More Than Just Ink on Paper: The Story of New Fairfield Press
Danbury and Candlewood Lake · Community Photo
When you walk into a store and notice a sharp-looking banner above the entrance, or you pick up a business card that feels solid and well-made, someone put real thought — and real craft — into creating it. For businesses across Fairfield County and the Tri-State area, that someone has been New Fairfield Press for over 60 years.
Located at 3 Dunham Drive in New Fairfield, Connecticut, NFP is a family-owned and operated marketing solutions company that has grown from a traditional print shop into a full-service branding partner. Whether a business needs professionally printed brochures, custom-embroidered uniforms, or a bold outdoor sign, New Fairfield Press handles it all under one roof — and they treat every client like family.
A Business Built on Family and Community
New Fairfield Press was originally founded by the Parille family and has been passed down through generations. Today, John Parille serves as President, overseeing all sales and operations. He's been with the company since 1982 and has been the driving force behind its steady growth. His wife, Maria Parille, brought over 20 years of banking management experience to the business and helped build the financial and customer service systems that keep things running smoothly.
The family tradition continues with Rachel Seaboldt, a third-generation member of the company and current General Manager. Rachel joined full-time in 2016 and handles everything from quoting and order processing to accounting and customer service. Outside of work, she runs a dance studio in Bethel, CT — a reminder that the NFP family is just as invested in the community as they are in the business.
That community spirit runs throughout the entire team. Doug Williams, the Plant Manager since 1994, is a lifelong New Fairfield resident and past president of the Lions Club. Jack Ransom, who supervises the specialty items division, has been a volunteer firefighter with the New Fairfield Fire Department since 2009.
Three Brands, One Team
Over the decades, New Fairfield Press has expanded its services by launching three distinct brands, each focused on a different area of marketing:
New Fairfield Press handles all professional printing needs. From catalogs, brochures, and postcards to business cards and direct mail, this is where quality print marketing comes to life. You can explore printing options at nfpress.com/printing.
Godfather Promotions is the go-to source for custom apparel and specialty items — often called SWAG (Stuff We All Get). Think embroidered polo shirts, silk-screened t-shirts, branded pens, tote bags, and more. These items are perfect for building brand recognition, motivating employees, and leaving a lasting impression on customers. Browse options at godfatherpromotions.com.
Sign-atra is the signage division, managed by Steve Kress, who brings 36 years of manufacturing experience and 17 years specifically in the sign industry. Sign-atra produces everything from storefront signs and window decals to outdoor banners and full vehicle wraps — then handles the design, production, and installation. See what's possible at nfpress.com/signage.
Together, these three brands make NFP a true one-stop shop for businesses looking to elevate their brand across print, apparel, and physical spaces.
What Sets NFP Apart
In an era when many businesses turn to online print services that pump out generic orders, New Fairfield Press offers something different: personal attention and a commitment to quality that you can actually feel.
Every project goes through an in-house quality control process. The team includes dedicated graphic designers — like John Tomaino, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology who has worked in signs and graphics since 1982 — who ensure that what gets printed looks exactly as intended. NFP also offers free delivery, online ordering, inventory storage for repeat clients, and dedicated account representatives so that customers always have a real person to call.
And yes, there's even a Chief Fetch Officer on staff: Pippin the Press Pup, who joined the team in 2024 and has been keeping morale high ever since.
